The hotel was very central, close to restaurants, the retail park, and the square gardens. the staff were pleasant and the hotel was fairly clean. - the food was outstanding and gorgeous.

We were there for 1 day, everything was good, really enjoyed its great location so close to Letterkenny, the square gardens and the main areas. Got wheelchair accessible room with bed approx 4 foot wide, bedroom, as example as expected. There was lovely food, the staff was absolutely lovely.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. the hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the retail park, town, and shops. - the proximity of Letterkenny Golf Club, only 3 km away, was convenient. - the coffee and tea served in the morning were excellent.

The hotel has a very beautiful old style. We especially liked the inside bar/ restaurant. (Food was really delicious :) ) - the staff was extremely friendly :)

It would be nice to rent bathrobes for the sauna, there are only towels to rent. And not every business traveller brings his own bathrobe.
